Director Kim developed LAMS ten years ago, inspired by customer feedback. To meet the expectations of customers who wanted faster and simpler procedures, he listened to many of their stories and worked tirelessly to develop the easy fat extraction injection, LAMS. Over the past decade, LAMS has alleviated the inconveniences of liposuction surgery, such as general anesthesia, incisions, and compression garments, and has received much love from customers.
The love and support from many people have been directly passed on to those in need. Director Kim firmly believes that "education determines happiness beyond mere survival." Director Kim has been making regular donations to Save the Children since 2015 to provide proper educational opportunities to children in vulnerable environments. Starting in 2016, he has also been donating 11.1 million won every November 11th to commemorate his first child's birthday. These donations primarily support educational initiatives, such as providing learning opportunities to young girls in West Africa who have lost their chance to study due to child labor and early marriage. Save the Children hopes that Director Kim's story will inspire many donors to join the Honors Club and has selected him as a 'Role Model' among many supporters.

He shared his thoughts, saying, “As the years go by, I realize more and more how precious a child's existence is. This realization has led me to the 10th year of my donations, with the determination to convey my feelings to children who, due to their circumstances, do not know they are precious. I hope that the participation of more donors will bring positive changes to the lives of children in vulnerable environments, and this inspired me to take part in this advertising campaign.”
Additionally, not only Director Kim but also the medical staff at 365mc are actively engaging in various donation activities to realize the vision of "365mc practicing love and sharing with the world." Director So Jae-yong of Seoul 365mc LAMS Hospital has also been appointed as a member of the Save the Children Honors Club alongside Director Kim Jung-eun. CEO Kim Nam-chul of 365mc, Director Chae Kyu-hee of Nowon Branch, and Director Son Bo-dri of Yeongdeungpo Branch have also joined the Honors Society, a high-value donor group of the Seoul Community Chest of Korea.
