Option 1: Get Your Tax Refund at Our Hospital Kiosk

You don’t need to wait until the airport to get your refund. We’ve installed tax refund kiosks at both our LAMS and liposuction hospital locations, so you can complete everything on the day of your visit.

Steps:

1. After your procedure, go to the tax refund kiosk near the reception.
2. Scan your passport and purchase receipt.
3. Confirm your information on the screen.
4. Choose whether to receive your refund in cash (available at the airport) or by credit card.
5. Done! You’ll receive a printed slip that you can present at the airport for final processing (if needed).

Note: If you choose to receive the refund on your credit card, please be aware that it may take several days to a few weeks for the amount to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer.

Option 2: Get Your Tax Refund at the Airport

If you missed the hospital kiosk or prefer to handle it at the airport, you can still get your refund before boarding.

At Incheon International Airport:

1. Arrive at the airport at least 2.5–3 hours before departure.
2. Visit the Customs Declaration Desk before checking in your luggage.
3. Present your passport, flight ticket, purchase receipt, and the product (if asked).
4. Get your approval stamp.
5. After passing through security, go to the tax refund counter or kiosk near your boarding gate.
6. Scan your documents and receive your refund via cash or credit card, depending on your selection.
   

Reminder: Credit card refunds may not appear immediately. Processing time varies by card company and may take up to a few weeks.

Important Tips:

• Only foreign nationals are eligible.
• You must leave Korea within 3 months of the purchase date to qualify.
• Always bring your passport when visiting the hospital for tax refund purposes.
