Hello! It’s already the 8th week! Time really flies 😭

Like in the “before” photos, I tend to gain weight first in my belly. Even when I was at a normal or even slim weight, my stomach was always hopelessly large due to serious abdominal obesity… Especially when I sat down, my belly fat would fold over, and it was so uncomfortable 😂 Crop tops were completely out of the question 😭😭😭😭

Can you believe that the person in the before and after photos is the same person? 😂 Honestly, I still can’t believe it… Not to exaggerate, but it feels like a glitch in real life… Like, is this really my body? Am I really wearing this outfit to the gym? 😂

Honestly, just having my abdomen slimmed makes me so happy, but now I have a waist! I have hips! I’m truly so glad I did the surgery… If I hadn’t, I’d probably still be wearing baggy gym clothes to cover up or oversized shirts that hide everything…

The part I’m most satisfied with: HERPAGORI (HIP-AUGMENTING FAT GRAFT!!!)

Ahh… I debated so much about whether or not to get the hip-enhancing fat graft while doing abdominal lipo, but I’m SO glad I did it! Honestly, I was nervous up until the moment I got on the operating table because of things like side effects or scary overseas news stories. 😂 But if I hadn’t done it, I think I would’ve seriously regretted it.

I LOVE my back view now. I LOVE my butt now. I’m just genuinely so happy with it. Seriously, I highly recommend it! You must do it, please!!! If you’re like me and feel self-conscious about hip dips or your butt, I really hope you consider it. (But… part of me doesn’t want you to, because I kinda want to be the only one looking this good… hehe 😆)

+ Various stories about the surgery

One of the biggest things I was worried about before the surgery wasn’t just side effects — I was also very concerned about skin elasticity and aftercare. After going through so many cycles of dieting and rebound weight gain, I had lost a lot of skin elasticity. I was afraid that liposuction would make it even worse. So I put a lot of effort into finding a clinic that could do the procedure without compromising elasticity and that offered excellent aftercare!

At 365mc, I wore the compression garment for a month after surgery and received weekly aftercare treatments. I thought wearing the compression garment nearly 24/7 would be super uncomfortable, but it was actually the opposite for me. It felt more secure, there was zero pain, and it just made me feel like the surgery had gone well. I wore it all day except when showering — and it didn’t bother me at all!

Compression Garment Washing Tip!

I gently washed it by hand in the shower, dried it with a hairdryer, then applied lotion after my shower. While chilling, checking my phone, or watching YouTube, I let it air dry.
→ This became my go-to routine. Honestly, it was so easy to manage that it barely counts as a tip (lol, a little embarrassed saying it)

Also, don’t forget to regularly get your hospital-provided aftercare! Not external ones!! Personally, I don’t get why people pay extra for aftercare outside the clinic… Surgery alone costs a lot — so from the beginning, go to a clinic that already includes thorough aftercare!

Because I had such poor skin elasticity, I was really worried — but thanks to the clinic’s attentive aftercare every session, those worries completely disappeared. In fact, the results turned out even better! 😊
I already finished my original aftercare package, but I signed up for more because I want to be even more beautiful 😆 I’m a little greedy like that when it comes to beauty!
