Can I know in advance how the treatment will proceed?

Even though it's an obesity clinic, not all visitors come with the same goals. Some want to lose weight quickly, others want only slimmer arms regardless of weight, and some want to lift sagging buttocks. How long does it take to reach my weight loss goal?

It depends on your level of obesity and target weight, but generally, you can expect noticeable weight loss within 1–2 months. Including maintenance, the overall treatment usually takes up to 3 months.

Are obesity medications safe?

Absolutely. The foundation of any treatment is not just effectiveness but also safety. We prescribe medications approved by the South Korea’s Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) for obesity treatment. During each visit, you'll have consultations with a doctor to monitor the drug's effects and side effects. At the end of treatment, medications are tapered gradually to prevent a rebound in appetite.In rare cases, mild side effects may occur, but MFDS-approved medications with clear pharmacokinetics are fully metabolized and excreted from the body. Will I experience rebound weight gain (yo-yo effect)?

The yo-yo effect occurs when metabolism slows down after weight loss, causing rapid regain. To prevent this, strict aftercare is essential—such as reducing fat (not muscle), adjusting weight-loss speed, and undergoing professional management. Many places (especially non-medical shops) advertise "no yo-yo diets," but eliminating rebound weight gain requires both expert support and personal effort. Claims of "no rebound whatsoever" are often deceptive. To be honest, some clients do experience minor rebounds, but we pride ourselves on minimizing this more effectively than any other method.

I want treatment, but I get off work late…

365mc operates with late-night and holiday consultation hours specifically for working professionals. Our obesity clinics also offer evening appointments. (Note: Extended hours may differ by branch. Please refer to "Clinic Info > Operating Hours.")

Do I need to register for a full month's program at once?

365mc offers various obesity management packages tailored to individual causes, habits, and health conditions. For optimal results, we recommend undergoing the program suggested by 365mc after thorough diagnosis. However, if packages are difficult due to your circumstances, pay-per-visit management is also possible.

Can children receive obesity treatment?

Yes. Childhood obesity has a high risk of continuing into adulthood, so early intervention is recommended. Behavioral therapy is the main approach, and approved medications may be used as needed.

Can I receive treatment if I'm planning pregnancy, pregnant, or breastfeeding?

Most obesity medications carry low fetal risk, but we don't recommend medication or treatment during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Also, we recommend not to plan pregnancy for 2 months after treatment or medication.

What if only one specific area of my body is overweight?

Yes, that's treatable. In such cases, we focus on body contouring, not general weight loss. Dieting alone won't help. 365mc has excellent localized fat reduction results using extensive experience, expert teams, and advanced equipment. Among all the treatments, which one is the most effective?

365mc offers a range of localized fat reduction treatments like LAMS and liposuction surgery. Each has its strengths and weaknesses; no single treatment is "the best." Effectiveness varies per person. Asking which is best is like asking which fruit—apple, pear, or tangerine—is tastiest. It depends on the individual. That's why we recommend deciding after an initial consultation and tests.

Are there price or service differences across branches?

All 365mc clinics located in Korea offer the same services at the same prices. However, some specialized equipment may only be available at select locations due to demand. For instance, liposuction surgery is available only at Seoul, Busan, and Daejeon Surgical Centers. Aside from such special procedures, all general obesity treatments are uniformly available at every branch with no price differences.

Can I just get a prescription without treatment?

Obesity medications support effective dieting and habit change. Without lifestyle correction, relying solely on medication often leads to poor outcomes. At 365mc, we discourage prescription-only treatment for this reason.

What kind of medications are prescribed at the clinic?

Medication is prescribed only after thorough consultation based on your condition and goals. These include appetite suppressants, metabolism boosters, and fat-burning aids.

Can I receive treatment during menstruation?

Yes, you can. If you let us know in advance, our coordinators will be extra considerate of your needs. Regular treatments at fixed intervals are key to seeing the best results.

Can I lose a large amount of weight in one month?

It depends, but typically you can expect to lose 10–20% of your body weight over 2–3 months, or 4–5 kg in a month on average. Those with severe obesity may lose more. However, rapid weight loss through extreme methods can harm your health and cause rebound effects. At 365mc, we prioritize sustainable weight loss and maintenance over speed alone.

Can men receive treatment too?

Yes. While more women seek treatment, interest among men in body and weight management is rising. Many male clients now visit 365mc and achieve good results.Please don't hesitate to visit just because you're a man.

How long does each procedure take?

Treatment times vary by method. For example, carboxytherapy takes about 5 minutes, while radiofrequency or Endermologie takes around 30 minutes per area.

Is there an extra charge for Orange Care (aftercare) following liposuction?

No, there is no separate charge. The final stage of liposuction is ensuring the surgical area settles into your natural shape through structured Orange Care. At 365mc, we provide aftercare services including hyperbaric oxygen, Endermologie, and mid/low-frequency + laser therapy. Orange Care enhances circulation, speeds recovery, and improves skin elasticity—all included in your treatment.

Can minors receive treatment?

Under Korean civil law, a legal adult is 19 years old. Minors (under 19) must submit a signed parental consent form provided by the clinic. Once submitted, treatment may proceed.
