04 The area where Lams was treated may increase in volume more than usual because the fat-dissolving solution was injected, but the swelling is not caused by edema or infection. You don’t need to worry too much as it will return to normal within a few days and you can visually see the size gradually decreasing.
05 Occasionally, the skin around the needle hole may tingle. You may feel a slight tingling pain during the local anesthesia you receive at the beginning of the Lams procedure, but just as the pain soon disappears, you do not need to worry too much as the tingling sensation appears as the wound on the skin surface heals after the procedure. The tingling gradually improves.
06 Showering is possible from the day after the procedure. After receiving the Lams procedure, scars from the needle may remain, and this area can become infected from water, body wash, or lotion.
07 A tingling sensation or swelling in the treatment area is a normal reaction and will be relieved naturally within a few days, so there is no need to worry.

Do I have to receive follow-up care after a week?
To maximize effectiveness, it is recommended to receive treatment once a week. However, if you do not have enough time, it is okay to receive it every 5 days instead of waiting a week.
Should I wear a compression garment?
Lams does not require wearing compression garments like liposuction surgery. However, after the procedure, the injected fat decomposition solution sometimes flows out of the needle hole. If the fluid flowing out feels uncomfortable, you can wear a compression garment.
